CAMDEN, N.Y. – An 18-year-old Camden man is accused of having sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl between 2015 and 2016.
He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with first-degree criminal sexual act, a felony.
Investigators say the suspect subjected the young girl to sexual contact at a home in Annsville, when he was 13-14 years old. Due to his age at the time of the incident, his name has not been released.
The suspect will appear at juvenile probation in late March.
The girl has been provided services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
