BOONVILLE, N.Y. -- New information has come out on the status of the historic Hulbert House in Boonville.
Carl Vogel, owner of Carl's Wholesale Furniture in New Hartford says he won the sale bid at $87,000 at a county land auction.
However, the sale still needs approval by the Oneida County Board of Legislators.
Vogel says when it's finalized, he will review the building, and rehabilitate the historic property, but stopped short of detailing his plans.
