NEW YORK CITY- On Saturday, 15 people from Central New York climbed 80 stories of the World Trade Center in full gear.

Each person climbed for a fallen first responder of 9/11.

The climb has raised $100,000 towards their charity, and this year it's "A Soldier's Journey Home", who is dedicated to building homes for wounded warriors.

Registration for the CNY Stairclimb is open, but there are limited spots open. Link to register: https://www.cnystairclimb.com/registration.html

In September, FDNY Firefighter, Tim Duffy will ride a motorcycle from New Orleans to Utica.
