UTICA- The Children's Museum celebrated the end of the Olympics urging people to wear red, white, and blue.
Those who showed up in the patriotic colors were given $1 off admission, and some red, white, and blue cotton candy.
Employees at the museum said it's good for the kids to support their country's athletes at a young age.
"It's to show them that we support our athletes and what they do and how they work to get to that point and hopefully inspire them to do the same," said Sharon Striegler.
Close to 50 kids showed up to support their athletes.
