UTICA, NY - There's a young, masked entrepreneur that the coronavirus didn't slow down one bit.
He started his own business during the pandemic.
9-year-old Sean Rivera got tired of asking his parents for everything and wanted to earn some of his own cash.
Impressed with his entrepreneurial spirit, some local businesses, including The Pizza Box and Squeezer's Lemonade in Utica, donated lemons and other supplies.
And Rivera, known as 'Chino', was off to the races.
Quenching thirst, and helping those in need. Chino says he's decided to donate some of his profits to charity.
One, in particular, that's hit close to home for Chino and his family, cancer.
"Some kids have cancer and they can't even go outside. I feel bad for them because they're stuck in the hospital. I'm just trying to help them out so they can finally get out of the hospital."
Chino’s Lemonade is open weekends 12 to 5 pm all summer long.
Business has been doing so well that Chino's parents have even started a Chino's Lemonade Facebook page.
