A Clark Mills man was charged with rape after allegedly having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl multiple times in the fall.
Michael Kulpa, 21, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 4, and charged with second-degree rape. The abuse allegedly took place from August to November of 2020, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.
Kulpa is being held at Oneida County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim. She was also offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
