Colgate falls to Boston University in Patriot League Championship

Boston University dethrones the Raiders in conference final

Boston University 64, Colgate 61*

Boston University has dethroned the Colgate Raiders in the Patriot League Championship. 

The Raiders led by 4 at the half but the Terriers would regain the lead late in the second half and Colgate would not recover. 

Jordan Burns led the Raiders with 21 points followed by 17 points from Junior Jack Ferguson off the bench. Colgate has finished the season with 25 wins for the first time in program history and has receieved awards like Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year in Will Rayman, and head coach Matt Langel winning Patriot League Head Coach of the Year for the third straight time. He is now the first coach in league history to win this award three consecutive times. 

In a post-game press conference head coach Matt Langel stated, "I am immeasurably proud of this group." 

Congratualtions to the Raiders on a historic season.
