The Boilermaker Corporate Cup Team registration period is still open, and team applications will be accepted through Friday, June 28, 2019.
There is no charge to enter a corporate team. Companies just need to organize their Boilermaker 15K runners, form a team, and join in our fun competition.
To enter, review the Corporate Cup Team Rules online at www.boilermaker.com and at http://boilermaker-corpcup.com.
The RunSignUp.com system is used to build the company roster. Teams must register to have their team page set up. Download the team rules and entry form at http://www.boilermaker-corpcup.com/ccup2019.pdf, fill it out, scan, and email back to email@example.com. The team captain will receive an email with instructions on how to fill out their team roster online. Help is available to make sure your team is entered and ready for competition.
The Corporate Cup Competition is a "race within a race," allowing runners representing the companies they work for to compete with other company teams. Originally started in 1984 by GE Aerospace, in Utica, NY with the Utica YMCA, the Corporate Cup has seen great participation over the years, with plenty of intense, but friendly, competition!
Awards are presented to the fastest teams. There are divisions for small (under 250 employees), medium (under 1000 employees), and large businesses as well as women's, coed, master's and Open category teams, so every team has a chance against similar competition. The Corporate Cup competition is a great way to build team spirit and increase the enthusiasm of your employees.
Corporate Cup results from past years and rosters of past teams are also online at the Corporate Cup Web Site, www.boilermaker-corpcup.com.
Each Corporate Cup team runner will receive a coffee mug – the "corporate cup" – for their participation.
