UTICA, N.Y. – An Oneida County Court judge has scheduled a suppression hearing in the case of Jason D’Avolio, the Rome man accused of fatally shooting his wife and disposing of her body in a dumpster.
The hearing is set for Dec. 19.
In court on Wednesday, the prosecution said they are still awaiting a final autopsy report on Kerrilee D’Avolio. The medical examiner estimated the report would by available around Dec. 1.
