ROME – The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a larceny suspect.
Deputies say the woman pictured in the surveillance photo is accused of stealing from the Walmart at 5815 Rome-Taberg Road in Rome around 1:30 p.m. May 13.
According to deputies, the woman – who was wearing a flower printed dress and was accompanied by another female – allegedly stole numerous items from the store, and when an Asset Protection employee attempted to stop the two women, they refused to comply.
Deputies say the two women were last seen leaving Walmart in a light blue, four-door Chevrolet Cruze.
