VERNON, N.Y. – Dibble’s Inn invited people in need to a free Easter dinner at the venue before the coronavirus outbreak, and they are still planning to provide those meals – just in a different way.
Anyone who registered for the Easter dinner at Dibble’s can still pick up their meal on Sunday at 5311 Seneca St. in Vernon.
“We're just excited to be able to do it. The people that are calling to volunteer to come and help are just unbelievable. It's been an outpouring. Just community helping community and that's what it’s all about,” said owner David Stirpe.
The employees are working to prepare about 1,500 meals, and ask that only people who placed orders previously come to pick up the dinners.
