UTICA- After weeks collecting toys, its finally delivery day for the 11th annual Stuff the Bus campaign.

Tens of thousands of toys packed the gymnasium of Notre Dame High School in Utica. The estimated toy count is said to be close to 40,000 toys.

"This is fantastic to be able to be a part of this event for so many years, it’s our eleventh year. Our sponsors and all of our charities and everyone who brought down a toy, thank you, we can’t thank you enough.” Said radio DJ Listen its Liz

A total of 38 different organizations and charities filed into the gymnasium, garbage bags in hand, to collect toys for those in need.

"This is really awesome we get a chance to bless all of the children that are in need of toys. There are many families who are not able to provide for their children, but we are able to bless them with all of these toys from the help of the community, thank you."

As soon as the announcer said “go”, Donors began filling their garbage bags with as many toys as they could.

This is the largest year in terms of donations that Stuff the Bus has ever had.

Officials with Rojer Comunications plan on going even bigger next year.
