UTICA, N.Y. -- A fire that broke out in Utica early Tuesday has been deemed suspicious by fire officials.
The Utica Fire Department was called to a structure fire at a vacant house at 1210 Kemble Street shortly after 2 a.m.
Utica Fire Chief Scott Ingersoll tells NEWSChannel 2 there was no heat or electricity running to the building. Firefighters made quick work at putting the fire out because it was confined to the outside of the building.
Chief Ingersoll says Utica Police are now investigating.
No injuries were reported.
According to Chief Ingersoll, this was the same site of another fire that happened a number of years ago.
