UTICA, N.Y. – The U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force in Utica arrested a Brooklyn man last week on two warrants, one for a rape charge and another for a parole violation.
Hector Ramos, 28, was wanted by the New York City Police Department on a first-degree rape charge. Ramos allegedly attacked the victim with a gun. The victim was then treated and provided services through a rape crisis center.
