UTICA- Former Sex and the City actress and gubernatorial candidate, Cynthia Nixon, visits Utica.
She was at The Other Side Gallery on Saturday morning ready to talk about what she plans to do if she becomes New York State's governor.
She talked about bringing more funding to all schools across the state. She also said giving immigrants more access to certain things could prevent them from being deported.
Nixon will challenge governor Andrew Cuomo in the democratic primary on September 13th. Whether she wins or not, she will remain on the ballot in the general election on the working families party line.
