Globetrotter team member Money Merriweather touched on the impact that the organization has on their young fans stating,
“It's a positive impact you know, kids always come to our games and leave with some type of inspiration to be a basketball player or it might not have anything to do with sports. It just gives them hope and their dreams, to never stop believing.”
VIP ticket holders were able to sit on the bench next to Globetrotter team members, interact with players and go home with official team jerseys.
