Hodgson Mill has recalled five-pound bags of unbleached, all-purpose white wheat flour after samples tested positive for the potential presence of E. Coli.

EFFINGHAM, Ill. – Hodgson Mill has recalled five-pound bags of unbleached, all-purpose white wheat flour after samples tested positive for the potential presence of E. Coli.

The recall applies to bags with a best buy date of Oct. 1-2, 2020.

People are advised to discard the flour or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

The recall is a precautionary measure, as no illnesses have been reported at this time.
