Ilion man charged in long gun incident

The man who police say pointed a long gun at them at a home on West Clark Street in Ilion has been charged.

UTICA- The man who police say pointed a long gun at them at a home on West Clark Street in Ilion has been charged.

Robert Fahey, 51, of Ilion is charged with two counts of menacing a police officer.

Ilion Police said Fahey pointed a long gun at them at home on West Clark Street in Ilion in June.

They say he eventually complied with officers and dropped the gun.

His bail is set at $2,500.
