VERNON, N.Y. -- An Ilion man has been arrested after he allegedly got into a physical fight with his girlfriend, who had an active order of protection against him.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office arrested Tyler Wilcox, 21 of Ilion.
The alleged fight happened just after midnight Sunday, while they were in a car. That was in the area of Nothin' Fancy Café, along Ruth Street, in Vernon.
Wilcox was later arrested and charged with criminal contempt and harassment.
He is now awaiting arraignment.
