The investigation is complete into the alleged altercation that took place between two Utica councilmembers.
The city of Utica released the news Monday of the investigation's completion, but say the surveillance video will not be released until Wednesday morning.
Back in March, Joe Marino, who is currently running for Utica mayor, and Frank DiBrango were accused of getting into a physical fight. The two denied those claims, saying it was more of a spirited debate -- despite eye-witness accounts.
The investigation report was sent to the Utica Common Council president, as well as the Oneida County district attorney.
According to the city's press release, the common council president can make any remedial measures that the council deems necessary.
