New York - The New York Jets organization decided that they are trading Safety Jamal Adams to the Seattle Seahawks.
According to ESPN, sources have told NFL insider Adam Schefter that the Jets are trading Jamal Adams and 4th-round pick in the 2022 draft to Seattle in exchange for:
- Safety Bradley McDougald
- a first-round and third-round pick in 2021
- and a first round pick in 2022. The deal is pending physicals.
Adams, an All-Pro Safety in the league and arguably the best at his position, formally requested a trade last month because of “broken promises” and “lack of communication” when the team had no intentions on trading him.
