Back in Nov. 2017, Woods’ first murder trial ended in a hung jury on the murder charge, but he was found not guilty on weapons charges. Woods’ murder retrial began on June 22, and both the prosecution and defense made their closing arguments on Monday, July 2 in Oneida County Court.
The jury was presented with the case following closing arguments, but they adjourned for the day before coming to a verdict.
Jury deliberations will resume at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
