ROME – Member of the rock band Winger and former bassist for Alice Cooper, Kip Winger, will be performing in Rome this fall.
He will perform a live and unplugged show at the Capitol Theatre, 220 W. Dominick St., Rome, on Nov. 1 at 8 p.m.
The original members of the band Winger, formed in 1987, were Kip Winger, vocals and bass; Reb Beach, guitar; Rod Morgenstein, drums; and Paul Taylor, keyboard and guitar. The band is responsible for hits like “Headed For A Heartbreak” and “Seventeen.”
Kip Winger then went on to have a solo career after the band split in 1995.
The opening act will be Emma Jude.
