A Lewis County man is facing charges after Sheriff's officials say he was drunk behind the wheel Friday afternoon, June 26th, hitting three vehicles in a store parking lot.
Sheriff's officials say 61-year-old Timothy Gorczyca of Lyons Falls backed out of a parking spot at Miller's Meat Market in the town of Watson, just east of Lowville Friday afternoon, June 26th, and backed into a parked car. Investigators say Gorczyka struck two other cars before leaving the scene.
Sheriff's officials say Gorczyca was located at his home in Lyons Falls a short time later where authorities say he blew a 0.13 on a blood alcohol test. He's charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
