Bradenton, Florida - Some big news out of the WNBA bubble in Florida.
New York Liberty's rookie star, Sabrina Ionescu suffered a Grade 3 left ankle sprain in their game last night according to team and league medical personnel.
According to the Athletic's Shams Charania sources say X-rays showed no fracture. Ionescu is expected to be out one month.
She scored 33 points in her second WNBA game against the Dallas Wings on Wednesday.
