There are several festivals being held throughout the Mohawk Valley this weekend.

There are several festivals being held throughout the Mohawk Valley this weekend. If you’re looking for some fun for the whole family, here’s where you can find it:

Herkimer Diamond Days

The fourth annual Herkimer Diamond Days Street Festival is being held Friday, Aug. 3 through Sunday, Aug. 4 on North Main Street in Herkimer.

Events from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday include live music and dancing, street vendors, the Utica Zoo mobile, a car show, the Blues Brothers, a dunk tank presented by the Herkimer County Humane Society, and more.

Taste of Lebanon Festival

St. Louis Gonzaga Church’s Taste of Lebanon festival will be held at the Deerfield Fireman’s Field at 5476 Trenton Rd.

The festival will be from 5-9 p.m. Friday, 1-9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The event – which has free admission and parking – will feature authentic Lebanese food, basket raffles, face painting, music and more.

Polish-American Parish Festival

The Polish-American Parish Festival and Flea Market will be held 5-11 p.m. Friday and 5-11 p.m. Saturday, at Sacred Heart/St. Mary’s Church, located at 201 Main St. in New York Mills.

The event will feature Polish and American foods, children’s games, basket raffles, a flea market and more.

Canalfest

The 16th annual Canalfest at Bellamy Harbor Park in Rome will be held 5-10 p.m. Friday, 12-10 p.m. Saturday and 12-5 p.m. Sunday.

There is a suggested $1 donation to get into Canalfest, and the event will feature fireworks, amusement rides, a fishing derby, crafters, food, waterski shows, live music and more.

Brewfest at the Utica Zoo

The 20th annual Brewfest fundraiser at the Utica Zoo will be held 6-9 p.m. Saturday.

The event will feature more than 100 craft beers on tap, along with wine and hard cider. 

Tickets for general admission are $40 in advance or $45 at the door. For Utica Zoo members, tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door, and for designated drivers tickets are $25 in advance and at the door. All proceeds from Brewfest will benefit the animals at the Utica Zoo.

Tickets include a pint glass; beer, cider and wine samples; admission to the zoo; live music; and food samples.
