The Madison County Department of Health is looking for community input by hosting a series of small group discussions to gather information about what can help the community become healthier.
Every three years, the Madison County Department of Health partners with Oneida Healthcare and Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton to identify and address local health priorities.
"All the information we get, we use to do strategic planning throughout the year and we build what's called a community health improvement plan so for the next three years community input really decides what issues we cover and how we do it," Katie Mungar, director of community health services in Madison County said.
