NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. – A Madison man was arrested for allegedly breaking into a home in Seneca Mobile Manor on Aug. 12.
New Hartford police say 21-year-old Robert L. Hepburn and another man broke into the home around 3:45 a.m. One of the men reportedly had a gun, but no injuries were reported.
Hepburn was found in the area and arrested right after the incident, while the other suspect fled the scene.
Hepburn is charged with first-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was arraigned and remanded without bail.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests are pending.
