WEBB, N.Y. – A Turin man was arrested after allegedly hitting a woman with his vehicle on purpose while driving through her property on South Shore Road in the town of Webb.
Police were called to the residence around 3:30 p.m. on April 29 for a dispute stemming from a trespassing complaint.
According to police, 45-year-old David J. Kantor is accused of driving his vehicle across the lawn and beachfront while trying to pass through the private property, and then striking the victim several times with his vehicle while she attempted to stop him from leaving the scene.
Kantor was charged with reckless endangerment and trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
