UTICA, N.Y. (UPDATED) – Utica police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound after responding to a report of shots fired in Cornhill around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say the victim was shot one time in the abdomen by a man wearing dark clothing and a face mask. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment, and is expected to survive.
The shooting happened in the 1200 block of Seymour Avenue.
