ROME, NY - "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" made its way back to Rome for a second and final showing at the Capitol Theatre Saturday evening.
The cult classic was shown outdoors to comply with state covid-19 guidelines.
Included in the $15 admission ticket were free pizza and a drink token.
Also included was a covid-safe prop kit used by audience members during the film.
Jon Matwijec-Walda, assistant executive director of the Capitol Arts Complex, says with the way 2020 has gone so far, now is the perfect time to do the time-warp again.
"So many things have been interrupted, and when we can, and how we can, do things like we normally would - it's just important to preserve that. Community is based around traditions and rituals and we want to make sure we preserve those."
