Movin' Mondays: Alphabet Legs

A quick and easy leg workout!

WKTV - Well welcome to another Moving Mondays and guess what, we are going to do another leg workout where we throw it back to kindergarten. We are going to work one leg at a time. Make sure you have good posture, shoulder are back while straightening your right leg. With your straight leg and flexed foot, you are going to draw each letter of the alphabet. Make sure your foot is flexed the entire time to engage your quadricep. You may not make it through the entire alphabet and that is okay. Go as far as you can, take a break and then work on the next leg. Repeat the alphabet two more times on each leg. Lets get spelling!
