Movin' Mondays Chest and Leg Stretch

Today, I combined two of my favorite stretches that we have done, a chest and leg stretch.

WKTV - So we are coming towards the middle to the end of the month, so what do we always do? We stretch. We have made it this far, might as well reap the benefits of working out. Today, I combined two of my favorite stretches that we have done, a chest and leg stretch.

Clasp your hands behind your back and push your chest out to get a good stretch. Next, make sure your feet are nice and wide, and bend down with your legs straight. Make sure your hands are still behind your back to stretch the chest. Your arms are trying to reach the top of the ceiling. The stretch will extend from your arms, chest, down to your legs. Stay down there for about 10 to 12 seconds and then slowly roll up. You can repeat this move for as many times as you want. Lets get stretching!>
