Movin' Mondays Cross Jabs

WKTV - So jason, you survived the heart run and walk? It is all about heart health and getting your heart strong. So this move, like last week's move, is going to incorporate a little bit of cardio, while doing some strength training. This time we are focusing on the upper body, primarily your shoulders and back.

Today's move is a cross jab. You are going to take your right arm and cross it all the way over to your left. Then come back center. Then repeat the move once again, taking yor right arm and crossing it to your left, while rotating your entire body. Complete twenty to the right, then twenty on the left. Repeat this two moves times. Lets get moving
