WKTV - Well we worked on the alphabet last week and now we are going to work on the bicep today. This is a workout where we are going to extend the time because it is not that hard. If you have water bottles or cans of soup, feel free to use them in this exercise. Place your arms at 90 degrees and make a fist with your hands. All you are going to do is straighten your arms out and bring them back in to 90 degrees. Set your clock for one minute and complete the exercise. Lets get moving!
