WKTV - Welcome to another Moving Mondays! Our favorite, of course, stretching! A lot of people always complain about their lower back, especially when you wake up. It is important to stretch your back everyday and I have a perfect stretch for you.
Place your palms together, elbows out. Take your left elbow and reach for the outside of your right knee as you bend your knees. Hold this position for as long as you like, then switch sides. Complete this stretch as many times as you like. Lets get moving!
