Coming up on Friday, August 23rd, the Herkimer County Office for the Aging and New York Connects are hosting the 2019 Senior Expo. It's being held at the Herkimer VFW from 10am - 2pm.
If you are someone who needs assistance getting around, or are a caregiver, this event is for you!
At the Expo, you can go and find out what services are available in the community. Several, local senior services will be on-hand to answer your questions. They will also have free glucose and blood pressure testing, falls assessments, and a Tai Chi demonstration.
