The mission of Your Neighbors is to assist home bound persons in our community to remain independent and in their own homes by providing emergency meals, transportation to medical appointments and assistance with grocery shopping.
Clients are referred by local agencies, such as the Office for Aging, Visiting Nurses, hospital and rehab center discharge planners and others. There is no sharply defined catchment area (we can go beyond city and county boundaries.) Also no age restriction and no income limit.
