NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. – The New Hartford Central School District Board of Education is looking for input from the community in its search for a new superintendent, asking people to help define the district's strengths and areas for improvement.
The board is using an online tool called ThoughtExcange, where parents and staff can share feedback and rate comments by others using a star system. All thoughts and ratings are confidential.
New Hartford Superintendent Robert Nole announced his resignation last month, and will continue through the end of March. On April 1, Dave Langone will take over until a new superintendent is hired. Langone was the Whitesboro Central School District, retiring in 2016.
