NEW HARTFORD – The New Hartford Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a larceny suspect.

Police say the man pictured in the surveillance photos allegedly switched price tags on items at Walmart and then used the self-checkout to avoid paying full price for the items that he scanned.

If you recognize the man, you’re asked to call New Hartford police at 315-724-7111 or 315-733-6666. All calls can remain confidential.
