Newstalk: Basketball games to benefit Joseph's Experience

The 7th annual First Responders & Local Celebrities Charity Basketball Games will be held on Saturday, March 30 at Clinton Senior High School.

The 7th annual First Responders & Local Celebrities Charity Basketball Games will be held on Saturday, March 30 at Clinton Senior High School.

The games will include law enforcement members from Oneida, Herkimer, Madison and Onondaga Counties and local area leaders, teachers, business owners and media personalities.

This year's recipient of the funds raised will be Joseph's Experience, whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of children who are affected by severe medical conditions such as cancer and leukemia.

This year NEWSChannel 2's Spencer Davidson will be playing during the Celebrities and Teachers basketball game.

The schedule of games include:

12:30 p.m. — Utica Lady Knicks v. Clinton Girls
2 p.m. — Optimist All-Stars
3 p.m. — Oneida County Girl All-Stars
4 p.m. — Cops vs. Firemen
5:30 p.m. — Celebrities & Teachers
7 p.m. — Oneida County Boy All-Stars

The cost of admission is $5 which includes all the games and children under 12 are free. Food, drinks and raffles will also be available to purchase during the event.
