TOWN OF PARIS, N.Y. – Sheriff Rob Maciol says no one was injured in an accident involving a manure spreader in the town of Paris Thursday morning around 7 a.m.
Maciol says 31-year-old Samuel Jacobs, of West Winfield, was driving on Summit Road in Paris when his vehicle collided with the back end of a manure spreader that was being towed by a tractor. Robert Frost, 63, of Doolittle Road in Sauquoit, was driving the tractor.
The sheriff’s office is still investigating the incident. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Cassville Fire Department, Edwards Ambulance and Edwards Towing.
