Oneida Center holds annual Halloween parade

Nearly 700 children visited the Oneida Center on Tuesday for the annual Halloween Parade.

UTICA, N.Y. – Nearly 700 children visited the Oneida Center on Tuesday for the annual Halloween Parade.

Kids were able trick-or-treat at the center in their costumes, visiting the residents and staff around the building.

“They were so adorable,” said Erin O’Bryan, recreation director at Oneida Center.  “The kids loved the decorations we had on display and we were just in awe of the many different costumes, from scare clowns to Power Rangers.”

The children who visited the center were in kindergarten through sixth grade.
