The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting two “Sheriff’s Community Coffee” events on Friday, Feb. 16.

The Community Coffee events are a chance for members of the local community to sit down with local deputies and corrections officers to discuss issues and learn more about one another. The informal conversations have no specific topics, and for a period of time there are no interruptions from radios, patrol cars and cell phones.

The first event will be at 9 a.m. Friday at The Station Diner, located at 44 Oswego St., Camden.

The second event will be at 11 a.m. at Mary’s Diner, located at 7475 Vienna Rd., Blossvale.

If you have questions about the Community Coffee events or any other events, you can call the Sheriff’s Office’s Community Affairs Unit at 315-765-2224.
