Oneida County sheriff's deputy involved in Kirkland crash

KIRKLAND, N.Y. -- An Oneida County sheriff's deputy was involved a crash in Kirkland Friday morning.

Everyone is OK.

The sheriff says Deputy Brian Warcup was driving on College Hill Road while responding to an emergency call, with lights and sirens on.

Warcup tried to pass a driver near the intersection of Green Apple Way, when the other driver turned left in front of the deputy.

No tickets have been issued.
