PARISH, N.Y. -- An Oswego County man has been charged with a DWI after State Police say he rolled his car over on Sunday.
It happened a little after 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon along I-81 North two miles north of Exit 33, in the town of Parish.
State Police say Kody Koehler, 23, of Pulaski, lost control of his car, hit a guide rail and overturned. Koehler was not injured.
He was later arrested for DWI with a blood alcohol content of .14 percent. Koehler is now expected to appear in the town of Parish court on Nov. 5.
State Police were assisted at the scene by the Parish Fire Department.
