Early voting started Saturday in New York, and Otsego County residents can head to the Board of Elections to vote in the June 23 primaries.
The Otsego County Board of Elections is located at 140 County Highway 33W in Cooperstown.
The primaries are for the following elections:
- Democratic presidential candidate
- Democratic candidate for the 121st Assembly District
- Republican candidate for representative in the 19th Congressional District
- Republican candidate for the 122nd Assembly District
Voters can participate in early voting during the following dates and times:
- June 13: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- June 14: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- June 15: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- June 16: Noon to 8 p.m.
- June 17: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- June 18: Noon to 8 p.m.
- June 19: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- June 20: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- June 21: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Some polling places in Otsego County have also changed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The following is a list of updated locations:
- Middlefield: Town Hall, 3717 County Highway 35 in Cooperstown
- Town of Oneonta: Town Hall, 3966 State Highway 23 in West Oneonta
- Worcester: Worcester Central School Bus Garage, 831 Hollenbeck Road in Worcester
