UTICA – Due to the threat of bad weather on Saturday, the public event to celebrate the Masonic Care Community’s 125th anniversary has been postponed.

The event was initially scheduled for Saturday, May 19, but it will instead be held in conjunction with Masonic’s Wings and Wheels car show on Saturday, Aug. 18. The event will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Masonic Care Community campus.

The anniversary celebration is free to attend, and it will include food, live music, activities for kids, and fireworks. The Wings and Wheels car show will have more than 150 cars, motorcycles and RC model airplanes, and a $5 donation will be asked to show a vehicle, but the event is free to attend.

The sold-out gala at Acacia Village will still go on at planned this Saturday.
