UTICA, N.Y. -- In sticking to their mission to promote economic growth in the area, the Genesis Group held a panel discussion Monday at Utica College.
Local developers spoke to members of the community about the process that goes into starting a project and the resources they use for help.
The panelists included members of various real estate and construction companies, as well as investors.
Monday's discussion was all about informing members of the community on how they can help developers in the area.
“We certainly appreciate both local and out of town developers making an investment in our area. It says a lot about the pulse of our region and how our economy is doing," said Genesis Group Executive Director Ray Durso.
The panelists shared various projects that they have going on locally.
