UTICA, N.Y. – A Utica parolee is facing gun charges following a home visit by parole officers late Wednesday night.
Around 11:40 p.m., officers went to the home of 27-year-old Zlatan Bolic on the 1200 block of Francis Street, where they found a loaded handgun. The officers called members of the Gun Involved Violence Elimination unit to the scene for assistance, and arrested Bolic soon after.
Bolic is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm. Further charges related to his parole violations are also expected.
